Let me start out by saying that the transmission in my 2014 Jeep is unfortunately one of the worst CVT transmissions on the planet and very hard to find for a fair price or otherwise. On The Go Transmissions was not only able to FIND the CVT but was able to install it with extreme professionalism and in a timely manner. Now my 2014 Jeep drives better than when I bought it. They told me to take it back in 500 miles to double check functions and leaks. All is perfect. Thank you so much for a great job!

I’m exhausted. 4L65E Update: Donald told me on the second warranty service “ if you have an issue just bring it back in, it’s under warranty”, 3rd warranty service. I now have crank walk on my LQ9 with 65,000 miles ? Wasn’t caused by the blown coolant lines that happened 750 miles in? Thrust induced crank walk. Aka Transmission induced thrust failure … LQ9’s have a 97 to 99 percent chance of this happening from transmission with a 1 to 3 percent being from internal ( motor) Now it’s a paperweight. Ive been jerked around with their so called warranty now my vehicle is junk. Makes sense why Donald would rudely interrupt me while I was asking Devin questions and told me “ stop asking questions and just drive the vehicle”. Makes complete sense. So much for a transmission warranty when they damage the engine beyond repair and if anyone has anything different to say, in my defense all I say is have your transmission serviced by this company if you don’t believe me …. It’s that simple I’m not saying all the work they do is bad, I obviously chose them for a reason. However when it does go bad, you know what to expect. That’s the importance of this post is to provide real life experience if and when a bad situation may arise.
