Dean was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my car. He didn’t try to up charge me, and tried to save me money at every turn. They have their own financing that I found would’ve been helpful. He saved me money so close to Christmas. Thank you Dean and team. I’m sure that we have found our new auto garage.
View on GoogleNormally I would not have left a review, however, because of safety I believe it’s necessary. I took my vehicle here for break inspection. After my inflated quote I took it to another trusted mechanic for a second opinion and they physically showed me that one of my break pads was not put back on properly and was loose. Also, everything I was told at Joes auto about my car was not the case. I felt I was being pressured, and to find out that what they quoted me for almost 1k should have only been a $200-300 job. How do I know this? Because my mechanic physically showed me my rotors, pads, etc. and compared them to what high risk rotors look like. If a mechanic can’t back up what they’re saying and show you, that’s a huge red flag. Also, the atmosphere at Joes auto felt demeaning in simple conversation. Just because someone is having issues with their vehicle does not mean they have not maintained it. If I have been able to keep it running perfectly for over 150k with little to no issues, I’m doing something right. For those reading, never go with your first quote, always get a second opinion as it can clearly be life saving.
View on GoogleCame in about a week ago for an oil change and again on Friday for a maintenance thing. Both times Dean was very helpful and straight forward about the process and time frame to get everything done. The work was done fast and efficient! They did not try and push anything on you. The price they quoted is the price I paid! I have found a mechanic who I will be using from now on! 10/10 would recommend trying Joe's auto! You will not regret it!
