I highly recommend Gerulichs Auto Repair. They recently serviced my brakes and rotors and the experience was excellent. The team is honest, fast, and incredibly helpful. They showed so much patience answering my questions. Great customer service from start to finish! Mike was the one who assisted me. Looking to get more maintenance and repair done here in the future
View on GoogleThe staff and Mechanics are outstanding and vary helpful. They will ONLY recommend what is needed and DO NOT from my experience upsell you. They are honest in that regard, however....They are on the pricey side. It seems to me, the over pricing is to make up for not upselling on additional services that are not necessarily needed. Ex: I had to have an air intake resonator replaced. The part was $21. The tech took less than 1 minutes to pull the old one off right in front of me. The new one took just as long to put on, about 1 min. They originally wanted to charge me $380. I talked them down to a total charge of $264. They charged $199 for a diagnostic test to clear the dummy light. This is done for free at Auto Zone. Labor was $41. Now they did do a once over to be sure everything else was good to go on the car. So that was nice! Again, good mechanics but pricey. So watch for unnecessary charges.
View on GoogleExcellent service, i’ve taken my wife’s car here previously for an oil change. Which led me to eventually bring in my truck for a diagnostic. I had concerns about my truck that I thought were gonna be pretty bad. Josh walked me through the best case and worst case scenarios. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. In the end the truck passed all tests and I loved the service so much I grabbed a set of tires from them since it was getting close. They hadn’t suggested the tires either so no pushy sales tactics or anything. Great service, excellent communication, and outstanding help. 11/10 stars if I could! Josh you are the man!
View on GoogleBrandon was a very professional service writer.. it was very nice of them to install my oem parts for me at a reasonable labor rate.. usually they can get me an appt within a couple of days.. nice to have a local repair shop you can trust!
View on GoogleI've gone there a couple of times mostly just to ask questions. But yesterday I went in because I was having some issues with my oil level sensor in my car. They originally quoted me around $600 for both the part and the full oil change, which is an amazing amount compared to what other places were quoting me ($1000-1500 they were trying to upsell me because I'm a woman) I will definitely be returning because even when I was stressed about my car they reassured me. And they helped me get some reasonable quotes for other repairs that I need done.
