I am very happy with my service at Greulich’s. I had several issues with my car and they were very interested in my explanation. We talked about every issue before and after the repairs were made. I left feeling good because everything was explained in detail. I really appreciated my visit and how I was treated.

She was fully transparent over the phone and even offered to find me coupons online. She gave me a quote and a timeframe in which the work would be completed; both were true to her word. There were no surprise issues that needed fixing and my vehicle definitely ran better afterward. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of transparency and honesty for their vehicle.
View on GoogleCalled for a coolant flush during a busy Saturday. They told me if I could drop it off would be 3-4 hours. During that time received very thorough vehicle inspection with pictures. Received a call 3.5 hours later, right on time and not overly expensive. Will now be my go to for repairs I am unable to do.
View on GoogleI recently had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee that caused me to go to a dealership for repairs. The service department did a check on the vehicle and gave me a list of item that needed repair. I was shocked at some of the prices. When the work that was authorized was completed I took the Jeep to Greulich’s to see if I could save some money on some some of the items I knew needed to be accomplished. I had the cost list from the dealership and went to Greulich’s to see if they could do better. The long and short of this story is they did the rear brakes, and flushed/changed the brake fluid and also did the front brakes (pads and rotors on both) for less than just the rear brakes with the fluid flush at the dealership. It was all completed in less than 4 hours! Greulich’s is my local repair shop and I should have gone to them first! In the past they have worked on this vehicle’s air conditioning that usually an unusual refrigerant that others have not been able to deal with! My strongest possible recommendation to this chain!
