I absolutely valued the service with Gemba. This was last minute due to a tire blowout. They was no wait and the staff explained what was occurring and assisted me with meeting my mechanical needs. The front staff was funny, engaging, and informative and had great customer service. I appreciate all the help I received today.

I’ve left the shop every time knowing my sweet baby car was in the hands of mechanics that actually care about her. They are also so helpful when it comes to explaining the issues, repairs that are being done, or parts that they’re using. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It feels like I’m dropping my car off at a family members garage. Those guys are awesome. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleTraveling through and my AC stopped cooling- Angel & Justin were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Because they were so straightforward with me regarding diagnosis and estimates for repairs, I had them replace my AC compressor assembly and also requested that they replace the transmission pan gasket, filter and sensor due to my transmission leaking fluid for awhile now. Manny -the shop foreman & Technician was very knowledgeable about the repairs. A week later and many miles driven and my AC is blowing ice cold 🧊 and zero leaks visible from the transmission pan gasket. Everyone here was very helpful and eager to get me back on the road, also they gave me a generous military discount. The best “mom and pop” mechanic shop that I’ve ever worked with. Very honest and capable- at a fraction of what I would pay at the dealership, very reasonable prices … and a 2yr parts & labor warranty. Thank you!!!!

It’s not easy to find mechanics who understand a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire but Scott and his team handled the repair wonderfully. I am a satisfied customer. Rick.

Was willing to hold it as long as I needed and it was about a week before I could get paid and afford the repairs. Tried to find me payment options when he heard that might be my roadblock. Didn’t make me feel bad through any of the process and once he heard I was almost ready to pay he quickly did the repair to ensure I could take it away as soon as I arrived. 10/10 would highly recommend!
