AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The lobby has SNACKS!! It was my first time at this shop for a full maintenance (100k miles) on my Lexus CT so it’s obviously not a quick job. I tried to get there early so they could get to work on it early. They had many customers before me so my car didn’t get worked in for a few hours. Which was okay! Gave me some time to check out the city :) Made my way back when they started to work on my car. And good thing I did! Brandon took his time explaining what was us with my car and what he was going to do with it. Naturally one of the mechanics made a mistake and popped one of the pieces out. Brandon was ready to buy another one new for me. But that would mean me having to wait until the next day to get my car back. They work with Lyft to get customers home in case they aren’t able to finish the work. Luckily, one of their mechanics was able to fix the piece!! We got the car back after a whole day of hanging out there (7+ hours). Which I didn’t mind at all. I’m just glad they are communicative and thorough with their work. Paid just over $700 for the services!! I was expecting to pay wayyy more considering how much the dealership charges. Godsends!! The cherry on top was seeing that everyone actually looked like they liked what they do there. I will definitely be returning! Thank you Exclusively Imports team!!

I'm so glad that there is a local auto shop that specializes in asian imports, uses genuine original equipment manufacturer parts, and is located just 15min away from the dealerships! Knowing that their team members are certified experts in my vehicle's make & model brings me relief and confidence. Brandon is knowledgeable and helpful. He consulted me and gave me reliable advice and guidance. Their motto is "creating a relationship you can trust" and I felt that. Thank you!

MASSIVE OIL LEAK AFTER SERVING AT THIS LOCATION CALLED FOR SERIVCE 10 DAYS AFTER OIL CHANGE OWNER SAYS THEY DONT WORK ON MERCEDES DIESEL AND WILL NOT LOOK INTO WHERE THE LEAK IS COMING FROM. BLEW A SERPENTINE BELT DUE TO LEAK. TOOK TO AN OTHER SHOP TO FIX ISSUE. NOT MAD NOT GOING TO SUE JUST WANT TRANSPARENCY SUV IS DRIVIN BY MY PREGNANT WIFE WITH 3 KIDS AND THIS PLACE MAY HAVE LEFT HER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. They may or may not have broken something but after being turned away just to look at it right after getting work done just feels wrong I have an expert diesel benz tech working on it now. Just be ware.

I highly recommend Exclusively Imports for all your car repairs. I have a 2015 Nissan rogue and I have been going to the dealership since I own that car. I decided to take it to Exclusively Imports . From the time I called to schedule an appointment and when I arrived, I can’t tell you the kindness and respect and how professional the gentlemen are. I am so sorry I did not find them sooner. They were able to do the repairs so much cheaper and so kind. I highly recommend them to anybody and I want to thank them for their expertise service and kindness. I will be one of your new customers forever. If I could give you 10 stars, I would give you 10 stars.
