Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Surprise Service Department

I needed an oil change,and two new batteries. Got me in the same day I called. TJ was very professional and upfront in regards to what things were going to cost. I wanted for my jeep it an hour and a half . NOT BAD !!

I am beyond frustrated for a few reasons. I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment for service and a few items needing repairs. It took over a week before it was inspected and the repairs and cost were determined. I was told that it should take 2 or 3 days for the actual repairs and that I was next on the list for a loaner vehicle. I did not ever get the loaner vehicle. Six days later, I was finally able to pick up my car. It was there for two weeks in total. Unfortunately within a couple of days, I noticed two distinct new noises and a front end vibration, so I had to take it back to the dealership yesterday. I was assured by my service advisor that he would have answers for me by the end of the day. I never got a phone call. I finally got someone on the phone today, and my car has not been looked at yet. I have taken two cars to this dealership over the course of the last seven years, and I have always trusted that repairs would be done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. But it is clear to me that the service department does not have enough help to accommodate the number of cars being scheduled for service. I am now concerned about the quality of work as well because of these new noises that were not there before the original repairs were made. In addition, the communication has been poor or non-responsive this time. For a customer who just spent over $2200 there last week, I do not really feel valued, especially when phone calls are not returned. And lastly, I feel it is bad customer service to assure clients of things that you can't deliver, like a phone call back or a loaner vehicle. I am now in my third week of being without a mode of transportation. I do not plan to bring my car back to this dealership after this. I certainly hope that these newest issues are fixed correctly and quickly in the meantime.

CJDR had my Jeep for 6 weeks. After driving for 5 minutes dash lit up. Engine shutters at Idle. I returned the Jeep. I don't believe the vehicle was test driven after work was done. Today CJDR has my Jeep and my $6200.

Not happy with my experience. 1. I made an appointment a week in advance to drop off my truck. After dropping it off on a Wednesday morning at 8am they took until the next Monday before they even looked at it. 2. When I dropped off my truck the Service Tecnician said he would give me an update every day on the status of my truck. I left him numerous voice mails and texts asking him for the status but I did not receive a call back until Monday afternoon. (5 days after dropping off). They had my truck a total of 10 days and the communication was awful the whole time. 3. When the work was complete he told me what the price was over the phone. I told him I had a $50 off coupon that he said I could use. When I arrived to pickup my truck the price he gave me was the same that he told me over the phone. So I showed him the coupon. He then told me he had already applied the coupon. He blamed it on the tax, shop fees, and other fees. I told him I did not want to argue so I just payed. 4. When I initially dropped off the truck he told me when they were finished they would wash my truck. When I arrived to pickup my truck I asked him if they washed it like he promised. He said yes. He proceeded to go back to the service area to get my truck. When he brought it me the truck was not washed. So I had to wait another 1/2 hour after already waiting 10 days for minor repairs.

Primary vehicle was stolen back up. Been sitting for quite some time. They took it right in full service. No delays it was in their shop two hours after the phone call took careette, picked it up the next day. Good to go to work on Monday. Streaming good service. Most dealerships don't go out of their way to help a reoccurring customers.But they sure do
