I had a very disappointing experience with the Christian Brothers Automotive location. My car was picked up on December 3rd for warranty work and engine timing repairs. I was repeatedly given inaccurate completion dates and poor communication throughout the process. When I finally got the car back in early January, it quickly broke down again due to a failed timing component that destroyed the engine. While they did take responsibility and replace the engine, the issues continued. Between January and February, I dealt with ongoing delays, conflicting updates, and multiple new problems after each "repair," including oil leaks, overheating (due to an improperly installed radiator hose), and electrical issues. My car had to be towed multiple times shortly after being returned. On top of that, my rear hatch was returned damaged, and additional damage appeared later. Despite bringing this up, I still have no resolution as of April 22nd. Overall, this experience involved months of delays, repeated breakdowns, poor communication, and unresolved damage. I would not recommend this location.

We have been to a few CB franchise locations over the years, but this one by far showed the most gratitude! Not only did they leave a thank you card in the car, they gave out individual carnations just to show their appreciation. My car appears to be running smoother and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. Thank you for making me feel so valued!
View on GoogleGenuinely nice people and great customer service, which is getting very difficult to find nowadays. The fact that they are primarily Christian is very nice. I typically don't mind one way or the other religiously how a person is, hut there is a significant amount of hate toward Christians, so it's wonderful to see them. That said, they always do a great job and are able to compete if offered quotes from other dealerships. Lastly, they have a shuttle service, free of charge, so no worries about Uber fees. Highly recommended.
