Mr. Gray our 2003 Ram 1500 had an issue with a the cruise control not working and the brake lights would aluminate after driving a short distance. This I decided was in my skill set to replace the brake light switch myself. The auto-zone switch I purchased did not fix the problem. I decided to take it to the experts at CFA to fix the old guy. I've used CFA many times over the years. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was worried the problem would be an expensive repair as in the PCM (powertrain control module) or steering wheel switch. To my relief, they installed a new high quality brake switch and we had Mr. Gray back on the road in a few hours. They were very reasonable on the price of the repair. John my service writer was very friendly, professional and he took great care in listening to my problem description. Another nice surprise happened when my wife and I walked into the lobby and were greeted by Heather Champion, wife and co-owner with Josh (Champ) Champion. This family owned business will take care of you, they stand behind their work and they take great pride in what they do. You won't be disappointed!

Took my wife's 2014 Santa Fe to Champs (Surprise) hoping to find someone to figure out why her V6 was running rough on start up and hopefully develop a relationship with a new shop we can depend on for future work. The Dealer we've always depended on (Ken Garff - Surprise) was useless. They charged us a $200 diagnostic fee to basically plug into the OBD2 port and print a report telling us more diagnosis would be needed at an additional >$600 cost.This took maybe 15mins but they kept the car for 36hrs before I could get the information out of the Advisor. Ken Garff has adopted a new automated system by which it is almost impossible to actually talk with a person by phone. We'll never go back. On to Champs, they did find and fix the problem within a day, a stuck fuel injector. I had no problem with that work they did. The price was high but the injector was on the rear bank which is not easy to get to. However, they also said we need new motor mounts at a cost of >$1200 citing the high cost of OEM parts. I thought it odd that motor mounts would go bad at 114K miles so I declined thinking I can do that work myself. Finally got around to replacing the front struts and motor mounts last week and lo and behold, the original motor mounts were NOT bad, in fact they appear to be in excellent condition and have a lot of life remaining. This finding does not inspire trust in Champs for any future work. I guess we'll have to keep looking for a shop.

I was referred to Champs by a friend who highly recommended them. My car was towed there and they were able to diagnose it, order the required parts, repair and get it back to me in a little more than 24 hours. The advisors were dressed in clean professional uniforms and were very polite and knowledgeable. I felt I was charged a fair price for the work that was done. I will definitely return in the future!

Thanks for letting me bring my RV early and storing it until my service day. You saved us two trips and time since it was at our house and we didn’t have to take it back to the storage lot and then to you on service day. I appreciate the honest advice on the steering pump noise. You saved me lots of money. You handled my last minute decision to do an oil change quickly. Thanks for another great experience at Champs.
