Great experience at Big O Tire! The staff was very polite and professional. Jason took the time to break down the costs and explain the products, which made everything easy to understand. I unfortunately waited to the last minute to get tires and brakes replaced & felt embarrassed with the quality of my old tires but Jason and Jeremy made me feel better and reassured i’m not the only one to do so- The service was fast, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about the team here. I blew a tire on my RV and was definitely stressed, but every employee I encountered was incredibly helpful. A huge thank you to Jeremy, he was so calm and reassuring, and he actually had the tire I needed in stock and ready to go immediately. They turned a rough situation into a seamless experience. Last Thursday, I took my car in for an alignment and learned it needed significant suspension work. The team at Big O Tires—especially Jeremy—provided excellent service from start to finish. Jeremy was transparent about the issues with my car and clearly explained which repairs were most urgent. With my car on the lift, the technician walked me through everything they found and explained the importance of each part. I was given all my options, including information about their financial assistance programs. The entire staff was exceptionally respectful and accommodating. They even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby all day. I highly recommend Big O Tires and will definitely be returning—and referring friends and family!
