Big Brand Tire and Service does excellent work and the whole team is very professional. Jessica, the assistant manager, is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to be helpful throughout the process. Zaw, the technician who worked on my vehicle, did a fantastic job — I came in needing four new tires and a wheel alignment, and everything turned out perfect. One thing that really stood out: unlike most places, they actually put my spare tire back — and put it back correctly. That kind of attention to detail is rare. Highly recommend this place!

Stopped in today and Jordan's knowledge completely sold me on using Big Brand for my new truck tires. After checking in at 3 different competitors, Jordan was the only service representative that recommended an alignment with purchase of new tires. I definitely needed it based on the wear of the old tires. After my experience with Big Brand Tires I'm positive I've found my new go to Tire shop! Had gotten a new set of tires, brakes, pads, and alignment. I had a bad experience before with Firestone where they completely screwed me over with tires and alignment so I was a little nervous but my mechanic Cannon Kidder did a great job and I couldn't of been happier with the end result. Drove smooth and dead straight! I will be recommending Big Brand Tires to all my family members and friends. Thank you again to sales and service team for taking care of me.

This is the second time in 30 days I walked into Big Brand, without an appointment and they took care of me that day. Service Manager is very, very busy and never failed to give me the time needed to listen to my request. Today I met one of their Tech's and explained my issue, and he installed the parts in bright in 30 minutes. This store ranks high on customer service. You will not be disappointed with this service (Bell Road location).
