Took my X3 here multiple times when other places in the area failed to deliver to my expectations/standards. Owners/mechanics are super trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard working. Definitely an asset to Woodinville and anyone who wants work on their vehicle performed correctly and to the highest standards.

Jared runs an honest, top-notch shop, and Amy was fantastic as my service advisor—clear, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They were willing to take in my 2024 Range Rover HSE P530 for an oil change and inspection, and had everything completed right on time. The shop itself is immaculate—you can tell they take pride in their work and space. Not only did they do the job for a third of what the dealer quoted, but they also saved me from getting completely scammed. Land Rover of Lynnwood tried to upsell me $900 in completely unnecessary services. Jared and the team at WSC even flagged legitimate warranty concerns I should take back to the dealer—that’s the kind of integrity that earns loyalty. This will be my go-to shop for all regular maintenance from here on out. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to explain the issues clearly, gave honest recommendations, and delivered top-notch service. My car came back to running better than before, and the attention to detail was impressive. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with a high-performance vehicle, but Dmitri exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable auto tech!
View on GoogleDon’t ever bring your car here. Brought my wife’s car in because I couldn’t work on it myself at the time. Had it towed in and chose them because I read reviews saying how reasonable they were and honest. What a croc. They charged just over $1,300.00 to replace starter which I told them was the issue. Could have gone to the Mercedes dealer and had it done by certified dealer for the same price. Then they wanted to charge $250.00 for further diagnosis. They told me I needed to replace the spark plugs $199.28 + $580.50 for labor. The spark plugs were just changed 8,000 miles ago and documented in maintenance manual. They also said I needed to replace to replace the engine and cabin filter s both documented as well for a charge of $344.00 labor + $154.34 parts. Neither of these needed to be done but If I didn’t know better would have cost over $1,400.00 in unnecessary repairs.
