My car was having trouble starting and after doing some research to see if it was something I could fix or not I decided to try Ali's for the repair. They replaced my starter about a week ago and it has been working great since. I thought the price was fair and they were good at communicating throughout the process. Would definitely go back.
View on GoogleWow … 35 miles from home and my front end caliper gave out. I googled nearest repair shop and this gem of a business got me right in. They even got the shop that did a recent brake job to chip in for replacement pads and rotors. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service and repair technician. Pick this business if you want quality workmanship.
View on GoogleDo NOT go to this place unless you want them to try and trick you into paying more than what you agreed to. This auto shop was so unprepared that they didn’t have what they needed in order to service my car (I had booked the appointment a week before so they knew I was coming in). They had to go out and buy what they needed and tried to get us to pay additional for that labour. If you own an auto shop it is quite literally your job to have what you need to service the autos that come in, especially if you know many days in advance what you’ll need. To anyone who is reading this, trust me when I say do not go here, you’ll waste hours of your day and they’ll try and charge you $300 more than what you agreed to.

They maintained constant communication with me to ensure I knew what was being done to my car.They are very polite and are always eager and ready to help! My car works like new now!
