K & M is the best! My family has used them for years and they are the only place I take my 99 4Runner for service. They have taken great care of it for as long as I have had it and been able to provide any maintenance it needs. Greg in the front office is so friendly and we can have honest conversations about work on the car. They are very upfront and clear, but not pushy. They will provide you estimates for various things you need done so you know what you are looking at. Also appreciate that they have updated their systems to now offer texting, online booking and records, etc. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable mechanic.

I'm a bit picky when it comes time to move away from OEM servicing (warranty runs out etc), but I can only say great things about K&M. Even if the news is bad because they have to get an OEM part that's well overpriced. They just need a bigger parking lot :) Greg, Hunter and the team treat you like family.. I'll add all the past services I've had as this is my first review.

Upon gaining access to K & M Automotive: Greetings from Greg R...who hovers over his work station (this person is one of the more knowledgeable of this important station): why do I mention that? ...He's the first person a customer will see, upon entering the shop's modest but well maintained waiting area. Greg orders in advance parts for the customers with special requests (such as for your Reviewer) who arrive, looking forward to Greg's sense of humor and further. I've been visiting K & M Automotive for several years, with no negative instances...The previous owner impressed me with his manner and knowledge and upon retiring; the current owner carries on the high level of service. The Tech who has performed maintenance on my Mazda has a good touch...The work performed is consistently top quality. Better yet, the cost for this is reasonable; and I actually look forward to the visits for maintenance and for the wise words from the irrepressible Greg !
