I can’t say enough good things about this place—especially Chris and Mike. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. They are reliable, affordable, efficient, and most importantly, genuinely trustworthy. Finding a shop that does quality work without being shady can be stressful, but these guys completely set the standard. They know exactly what they’re doing, get the job done right the first time, communicate clearly, and never try to upsell or overcharge. Everything is transparent, fair, and handled in a timely manner. On top of that, they’re friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re taking your vehicle anywhere else, you’re wrong. These guys are top-notch.

This place is frustrating. I left my Toyota Sequoia 2021 at the service yesterday’s morning for the oil change and rotation and got back several hours later to get the news my battery is died and this is extra $150 to the bill. Replacement was not confirmed with me, got place in a hurry of emergency and the actual replacement battery was in a less capacity than the one I had before. I can’t say how much this service is a disappointment. This is like the patient died right in the hospital. Batteries are good usually during 8 years, and mine was 4.5. “Lucky” there was a supply of extra batteries in the service and the lack of confirmation from my side to replace it. Highly not recommend this place to do oil change.

He provides reasonable quotes for repairs, updates regularly about repair schedule, and explains his process clearly. I live over 30 minutes from Numark Auto but make the trip every time I need assistance because I don’t trust another shop nearly as much. If you’re looking for assistance - Numark is the place to go!
