Absolutely LOVE MVP Tires! We bring all of our cars there to get the TPMS sensors replaced and for new tires. The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE and everyone is there to help. We sell used vehicles and buy from them almost twice a week and have never had an issue that wasn't fixed immediately. They will go above and beyond to help with any type of tire issue. They also do very cost effective alignments - cheaper and better than Firestone! Thank you Adam and your whole team for being so great!! Best customer service!

We got a flat tire coming from Idaho to Seattle area! We called around but no one had time to fit us in. We stopped MVP tire a young man helped us immediately and found a tire that would fit so we could make it home safe!! I got a flat tire and everywhere I went told me that all 4 would need to be replaced since the tear was on the side (not repairable), the car is 4 wheel drive, and the remaining 3 tires are not new (they’re at 6/32 tread, which is not low enough to cause problems yet but is far from the tread of a new tire at 10/32 or 11/32 and using tires with different tread on 4 wheel or all wheel drive causes damage to the differential). After calling around, I realized that the cost of 4 new tires would be $450-800 depending on where I went. I started to call around to shops that sell used tires, to see if they happened to have one that’s the exact same size and tread as my other 3 tires. I was told by one local tire shop, that’s like “trying to find a needle in a hay stack.” MVP had the exact same brand, size, and tread (7/32 instead of 6/32, but from what I understand that minor of a difference is ok). They were very friendly on the phone. I came by a few hours after calling, and they got it done in maybe 15-20 minutes for only $80. I’m very grateful to this shop for helping me out, they seem like good people, doing good work at affordable rates for the community.

Worst tire shop experience ever I had an absolutely terrible experience with MVP Tires Inc. After a simple tire replacement on my Lexus ES 300h 2016, they broke my TPMS (tire pressure) sensor, and my tire pressure warning light has been on ever since. Instead of fixing the problem they caused, they kept giving excuses and clearly had no idea what they were doing. I wasted TWO FULL DAYS going back and forth, and in the end the issue was never fixed. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and careless. No apologies, no responsibility, no real attempt to help. They acted like the problem was mine, even though everything worked perfectly before they touched my car. This shop: • Damaged my car • Failed to repair their own mistake • Wasted my time • Had extremely rude customer service If you value your car, your time, and basic respect — DO NOT COME HERE. One of the worst auto service experiences I’ve ever had. I regret trusting them and will never return.
