I have no idea what i was supposed to expect or what is “normal”. I hope my experience was not normal. Communication was poor. No updates on the car and they had it for over 2 weeks. I have had to take the car back 3 times for stuff to be fixed (forgot to put seal/trim back on, sensors did not work properly, bumper was not aligned). The work still is not great. You can see a clear difference in gap from one side to the other. Small trim piece by door is loose (seems like it was glued or adhesive used). Sensors are still not right. This is my first accident and really was not bad in my eyes. Not enough that a autobody repair shop should not be able to fix it right. My whole experience was terrible and my car is not repaired properly. This is a company car that is being traded in so I am not going to deal with them anymore. If it was mine, i would take it back in again. I have had to take 3 Uber rides out of my own pocket. Getting dropped off and picked ip is a pain.

Our Tesla had a run-in with a parking garage a few years ago and finding a body shop that would work on a Tesla without charging us an arm and a leg has been way harder than it should be. Luckily, I was referred to the Woodinville Maaco and they did a great job with the repairs for a super reasonable price. I definitely recommend them!

Sent me pictures of the truck prepped and they did a great job going down to bare metal if not very close to bare metal and the paint looks amazing for the great price. My only place of critique was I had to ask for most of the updates on the truck which is small and just little things like some bolts not being tight or forgetting to put the floor mats back in so I will have to pick those up. Apart from that Carter was super easy to work with and I will definitely go here again!

View on GoogleMy experience at Maaco was a complete nightmare. Horrible communication from the staff, they did not deliver my truck in a timely manner, I had to take my truck back to them because they failed to paint my entire mirrors instead they cut corners and didn’t paint the inside of the fold up mirror. They had my windows rolled all the way down in their warehouse and the inside was covered in filth and dust. To their credit they did clean it but it should’ve never happened and I had to waste my time to take it back to them for it to be cleaned. The paint itself came out with tons of orange peel. I do not recommend this horrible company, very unsatisfied with the whole experience. No partial refund or anything for the amount of horrible things they did.
