I just bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from Trent Auto Sales, It was the best experience ive had buying a car. Tracy was very honest and transparent about the car, answered every question, and even came in on his day off to facilitate the deal. He even got me new tires and their mechanic Steve installed them and balanced them for free. Tracy really is the most honest and helpful salesman I’ve ever dealt with:) Couldn’t have asked for better.
View on GoogleThis is an easy solid FIVE STAR for me. In early January 2026, I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape, through Trent Auto Sales in Spokane Valley WA. On the way back to western Montana, the car quit along Interstate 90. We arranged to get it towed back to their shop via Triple A, and the friend who had taken me over to pick up the car and I then proceeded back home. It turns out that there was a relatively minor part (electronic distributor that was faulty) and only manifested itself when the car traveled a distance sufficient to get hot enough to cause it to fail. It took some time on their part to figure out the issue, but they did it cheerfully and were genuinely concerned about the inconvenience to me. When fixed, the Manager, Tracy, and his son delivered the car to my doorstep north of Missoula Montana, a 400 mile round trip! Many folks are all smiles when there are no problems, but you can identify a person of integrity when they stick with you when problems arise. I have been cautious with used car dealers in the past, but these guys are an exception. You are in competent and honest hands with them I would recommend that you shop with them for a used vehicle.

We needed a car my husband can bring our daughter to school in. We found the car on marketplace and they responded rather quickly and was willing to meet up that day for a test drive. We test drove it and Tracey had our purchase order ready when we got back. The only problem I had was with my bank taking a while to provide us with the money so Tracey wasn’t waiting on us. He assured us that if we ran into any issues or had questions about the car to call him or message the store. Very nice guy. I would definitely go back.
