My car was recently serviced by American Way Auto Body I was very impressed by their professionalism, transparency, outstanding service/communication and impeccable work. Stacey went above and beyond! I was in a bit of a time crunch as I had travel plans and they worked hard to complete the work in time, but without sacrificing quality. They have won me over as a loyal customer. I would highly recommend!

They kept us updated every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. A special thank you to Andrew, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We didn’t have rental car coverage through our insurance, and Andrew worked incredibly hard to help us navigate the situation and find solutions that made a difficult situation much more manageable. The quality of the work was excellent, but what truly stood out was the level of care and customer service we received. Andrew and the entire team were professional, honest, and genuinely invested in helping us. It’s rare to find a business that works this hard for its customers, and we are so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI clipped a pole earlier this year and needed my car fixed. I felt like an idiot when I did it, I was recommended to American Auto Way by Findlay Toyota to get my it repaired. When I walked in they were SO SWEET and said accidents happen and to not be so hard on myself for clipping a pole. Once I was able to take my car in, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone (I believe his name was Andrew) got me on the schedule and told me it’d be done in three days. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised to be wrong and it was done in that time. You can’t even tell I clipped a pole. Jennifer, the gal at the front desk is so warm and welcoming and Stacey, one of the estimators, took the time to explain what they did to fix my RAV and to let me know if I have any problems. Very genuine sweet people who care about getting your car fixed. I recommend going to them if you need body work done on your vehicle!

He kept me informed on every detail throughout the process and was a friendly face you’d want to see in these types of situations. I can honestly say you won’t get better customer service anywhere else. Also, my car looked absolutely flawless coming out of the shop. I highly recommend taking your car here!
