Ed and Arrow Auto Repair rock! I did not have a "family mechanic" and the 20 y/o's '98 Ford had an engine light and the dreaded "noise" from the engine. I saw the other great reviews for Arrow Auto Repair & called. Ed got us in same day, diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain to us just what part had failed, got it repaired SAME DAY. He was friendly, knowledgeable and his pricing was more than fair. He's our go to mechanic and auto repair shop from now on.

Remarkable and amazing auto mechanics that can be trusted! I am so thankful that I found an honest auto shop with men like those at Arrow! These auto mechanics are kind-hearted and compassionate and so sincere, understanding how most of us have suffered the high cost of living in the economy today. They've been through trials that cause them to understand and have compassion for people who are struggling because they truly care! Friendly, good service, reasonable prices. I left two boxes of Krispy Cream donuts on his counter. While I was waiting for my Uber, he came out with them and crossed a busy street to the turn lane to get them back to me. To me, that says so much about his character.
