Arrow tire

As usual my van had one bad tire and we needed a fix in a pinch when we went to put on snow tires. The guys at Arrow tire had a perfect used tire fit for us, a really great price, mounted, balanced and installed!! They do all kinds of other car repairs too! Support your local small business!

This is, without a doubt, the worst tire shop I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. From the moment I walked in, the place was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, but I decided to give them a chance. That was my first mistake. The issues started immediately. I was quoted around $15 per tire for a swap, but at payment, I was hit with a hidden 4% credit card fee. To make matters worse, the employee took my card to the back office to run it, which felt incredibly shady and unprofessional. Why isn't the payment terminal in plain sight? The service itself was a disaster. Right after leaving, my TPMS light came on. When I returned, I was told their machine was broken. Then, on the highway, my car began to wobble dangerously at speeds over 60 mph. I brought it back a second time, but their "fix" did nothing. The final straw was taking my car to a different, reputable shop. They discovered that one of my TPMS sensors was missing. This proves the staff here are not just incompetent; they are outright liars and untrustworthy. Save yourself the time, money, and safety risk. Go anywhere else.

I have to say that the owner, operator, Ed, treated my car and me well. My buddy and I had to car dolly my ride to the shop. Not running. He tracked down the problem post haste, fixed it, found another issue after completing the original work order. He had to do another troubleshoot, then fix it. He and his staff fixed it and got me back on the road in a hurry. Top quality work from an independent shop. Good job guys. Thanks Ed

Contacted Danny via A facebook add to purchase a set of used hankook tires that was advertised at 70%+ tread. Set up with Danny to have these tires installed at agreed price. I asked if the tires were old / dryrot. I explained to him that i was going to have to take backroads from cda as these tires were incredibly old and didnt trust them on the freeway or otherwise as this car had been sitting for 2 years. Upon arrival he leads me to the side garage door to show me the tires. Upon looking at the them the top 2 were approx 7-32 and appeared fine second set was at best 1-32 on one side and 2/32nds on the other. I show him he informs me that these are at least 40%-50% at least and proceeded to tell me that he was suppose to go home at 2 and that he had waited for me and now he isnt going to sell me the tires at all. I said if he has a tread gauge I would be more then happy to buy the 4 at the agreed price if they even have 4/32nds treat left. At this point he flipped out and threatened me that I need to Leave and to get my hands out of my pocket( kinda of gives the vibe for this guys attitude ? There was another gentleman there that seamed to be more level headed and looked at the tires and agreed they were no where near the 70% tread I was promised but said that they were usable still and that we could figure something out? Danny continued to escalate the matter began to raise his voice and curse saying he is going to physically remove me if i didn't leave right away! I again pointed out that I was driving on a set of tires that were not the best idea to head back to post falls he said he doesn't give a #$%$# and to get out. Point in case if you need a good pair of tires I highly recommend looking else where as this business(Danny) is sketchy at best. I love small business and it kills me to see a business like this ruin small business reputation for others that are honest and fair. At the same address is a business also tied to it. Please be careful out there.

They got me right in like they said they would. Not really fancy, but more like a real tire shop I am a loyal customer and they will appreciate my business when I return to spend my hard earned money. They would have done the same thing down the street for free if I wanted to spend seven hours waiting to have some kid work on my Truck. This is my first trip to Arrow, but I will be back.
