I use to like tire Rama but I had the worst experience ever. I dropped my car off for the mechanics to look at because it wasn't getting much power and check engine light was flashing. They said it wasn't giving any codes and said their mechanics were booked the entire day and would try to get it in. About 2 hours later is when they called and said it didn't give any codes and when I asked them if they could take a look at my car manually they said both their mechanics left early for the day, it was 1pm. They also have a 3 day weekend because of memorial day. I feel like I was lied to and wasted my time because I had to spend money catching an Uber twice.

Came in not by choice, they dropped everything to get us back on the road ASAP. That's why we're Tire-Rama people, and it was very nice to find this location was great too. Tire-Rama must do a good job hiring management for the different locations, cause you rarely hear of customer service issues at individual locations. 👍👍

Sett the appointment for break bleed after installing new masyer cylinder, car came out exactly same as we brought it in, spongy brake pedal. Bought a brake bleed tool and performed a abs bleed and brakes got back to normal, this guys charge money and do nothing or just unable to do it right way anymore.

Relationship started out nice, got my oil changed here exclusively for awhile, bought new tires a few times, decided to get my brakes done, and asked if they would replace the headlights with new bulbs on that visit. Was told "yep replaced em no problem" and was lied to my face. They forever lost my business after that.
