Tried to call in at 533 pm and see if they could take my car the next day, but rather than talking to me they asked if I can hold for a min after 30 minutes on hold I get an automated voice recording saying they will not be taking my call and to call back during business hours then hung up. Very upset after this. If they can't take a call how do we expect them to change a tire correctly.
View on GoogleIf I could give 10 stars, I would! Story time... I'm from out of town and needed to leave asap. Last year, Firestone on Sprague was exceptionally excellent with me, my needs, etc and ESPECIALLY my appointment time! That location had a fire... i.e. closed, so I called Spokane FS with a confirmed ( so I thought) 10 am appointment! I got there at 942am and they asked if I'm dropping off, etc. There are plenty of demands ahead of you! Yeah, sure WHY was I told 10am? I left aimlessly thinking... ugh, Jiffy Lube?? I'm not exactly sure where I was heading but I knew I did not have time! Fast forward.... I just randomly popped into Tire-Rama. ( I saw it on my way to Chase bank) I explained I just need an oil change and explanation of WHY my tires are loosing air, etc. This is the short version! They come back at me telling me my breaks ( or at least 1 is locked up????) Not the cause of my tires as I'm demanding om check EVERYTHIN! WHAT? They knew I was a female alone towing a cargo trailer! OMG! That explains my check break system light came on in Elko, NV at least 3,000 miles ago last month. Big O came back at me, with nothing wrong with breaks and to this day, I never saw the check break system light again. Big O was fantastic, so I'm not complaining! I'm just extremely grateful that Tire Rama found it! That, plus they identified and fixed my wheel seal was the cause of the tires deflating. Other places just said, no found leaks and tire is good. Yeah, right. Obviously there is a PROBLEM if I'm loosing air! THANK YOU! THANK YOU TIRE RAMA!!!

Their prices were extremely reasonable, they did a free diagnosis of my tire leak, they were very fast (they got me in immediately), and they went above and beyond (recommending a great rim shop and proactively reprogramming my TPMS sensors after my tire rotation). In our current world where service has been de-prioritized, to say I was surprised with the exceptional service and care I received at this shop is an understatement. Thanks Tire-Rama and thanks Thor for getting us back on the road with a smile on our faces!
View on GoogleAt first we were delayed because their stock was wrong. On its own that wouldn't be a big deal. When they finally were able to do the tire, they didn't call when it was done, one tire was over inflated, one tire was under inflated and didn't have a valve stem cap.
