Brought car in for oil change. Manager informed person in pit that with these cars, the skid plate needs to be removed to access drain plug. Immediately drove car home. Following day, and the next time I drove car, the skid plate came loose on I90. I immediately called shop manager and sent pictures. Manager spoke with owner (Jeff) and they refused any accountability. Additional events that caused me to question competence include almost adding wrong oil (mngr caught it), inability to find cabin filter, and difficulty changing air filter. Read the reviews; there's a pattern of breaking things (incl other skid plates) and not taking responsibility. Owner will NOT HELP, and corporate seems indifferent to this location harming their brand.

Tried them out on Sullivan in the Valley for the first time and let me tell you- THEY WERE AMAZING!!! By far the BEST and most thorough oil change and car servicing! They also made sure to be direct and clear about every single thing they were doing and checking on our family car, and even entertained my young kids in the process! 10/10 reccomend

View on GoogleTake 5? More like take 60. They were great the first few times we went. But lately their service times are longer than what I’m used to anywhere else. You definitely don’t want to go there on a lunch break or if you have to be anywhere soon. It will take A WHILE. They also upsell aggressively now which was one things we appreciated they did not do early on. Every time we are in they insist they have to replace the air filter and cabin replacement every oil change… They also try to do a coolant flush every oil change as well…. The reason we’ve kept going back up is the complimentary fluid top off and air in between changes, but I’d rather top up my own fluids at home than deal with the sales and poor service. They also charge me $140 for the off brand oil…. Will not be going back.
