I received fantastic service from Kevin at the counter and Kelly in the yard. I needed a door latch & actuator for my daughter’s Toyota Highlander to get her driver door to unlock. Several models use the same part. The cables vary but are transferable, so the parts are a little more universal or compatible if you have the knowledge. These guys helped me get the right part from a 2011 Camry so I could get this done the next day while my daughter was here. It was a lot of information to process and pull the right part. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. What really stood out was how personal and hands-on the experience was — they don’t just point you in a direction; they actually take you right to the vehicle you need parts from, walk you through the process, and even help you out with tools if you need them. You can tell these folks know their stuff and genuinely care about helping people. The selection of imports and other vehicles is seriously impressive — it felt like they had a little bit of everything, no matter what you’re looking for. The whole place is organized, the staff is friendly, and the vibe is just solid all around. If you’re looking for parts, especially for imports, this is the place to go. Bob made the whole experience way easier and even kind of fun — not something you can say about most auto parts runs! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Spalding’s to anyone who needs quality parts and real customer service.

I bought a roof rack from Spauldings. It was considerably reasonably priced. Its meant for a much larger vehicle. I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 GT. The racks deminsions are 4'X4'. I made it work by making my own brackets from UHMW (marine grade, remnant piece) plastic, bought from Alcrobra metals. Additionally, I forgot the ratchet straps to secure the rack. The manager on duty at the time (short, petite, blonde ~ I apologize I forgot ur name....😬) overheard, that I forgot, and she gave me 2 ratchet straps to secure the rack. Thank-you Spaulding associates, your awesome, good work, good job, and thank-you forakkng a good time. Good day!
