I have gone in here on my own and again with my husband when I went to pick up my vehicle and was treated ENTIRELY different with each interaction. If you’re a single woman I recommend going honestly anywhere else. If you’re like me and have a small knowledge on cars/mechanics, they WILL take advantage of that even if they simply notice you’re a female. When my husband and I picked up my car in the other hand, they were extremely nice and seem like cool guys. I’ve experienced the same disrespect when curiously calling to see if my car troubles would be something they could fix. They “fixed” my oil leak in my car but it was leaking profusely less than a week later. The second mechanic I took it to said it looks like the precious one just used a whole bunch of glue that never held. do yourself a favor & support OTHER ma and pop shops that actually value your service, don’t just see it as another paycheck

We took our Buick Enclave to 2 mechanics. Neither could find the reason the engine wouls shimmy at 40 MPH. We took it to Prior's. Not only did they find the problem right away, it was fixed in 3 hours. Customer service is great, too. I highly recommend their shop.

I had a great experience with priors. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and now I know why! They were clear and communicative and did a lot of extra work to work with my warranty company so my repairs were covered.

I hate leaving glowing reviews lol because then I feel like the wait times increase but I have to with this place. They take such amazing, honest care of vehicles and as a woman I have never felt talked down to or treated poorly or lied to. Love love love their honesty and how they always go above and beyond.

IThey WILL rip you off. Also, I don't know if he still works there, but there is at least one employee from a few years back who likes to try to steal things from cars being worked on. My dad had his air conditioning serviced here because it hadn't been working for a while and summer was close. They worked on it, said it was fixed, and he paid them over $800. Then, it immediately stopped working. When he called them to inform them of this, the guy on the phone said "Oh yeah, it's still under warranty bring it in and we'll get it fixed for you." Essentially, Corey kept giving him like service pretending he was working on ordering the part he needed, etc. and making progress when in reality he was never going to fix it. He does everything he can to run out the warranty so he can steal your money and not have to give a refund. Amongst old-school crooks they call it "the runaround." I think it's utterly disgusting and total weasel behavior. He and my mom had gone to them for quite a few repairs and things over YEARS in the past, yet they STILL ripped him off like that. They not only lost a customer but I have made it my mission to tell every single person I know to never go there. And I've told a lot of people that you can't believe a word that comes out of Corey's mouth. Interesting how when I read negative reviews on here I keep seeing complaints about Corey specifically. They also had an employee a few years ago who stole a bag of weed out of one of our cars. We went back to the shop after we got home and noticed that it was missing, and as soon as it was mentioned, the guy got all flustered cause he knew he was caught and possibly in trouble and stuttered his way through a feeble excuse "I just was holding onto it because it fell out and I didn't want it to be just sitting in there......" There is absolutely no possible way it "fell out" due to where it was stored. Since he gave it back, we let it go since it wasn't a huge deal. But do you think if we hadn't gone back and asked about it specifically that they would have called us and said "Wait come back you forgot your marijuana"? Of course not. However, what they did to Dad was unconscionable. I wish I had pestered them about it for days to weeks after this happened so I could get a reasonable excuse out of them. Don't let them get away with ripping you off. They like to give the runaround to waste time and avoid paying you back or replacing bad work.
