Made a $2,500 online order, for a transmission case that was supposed to be in stock, I have the screenshot for proof, then after 13 days of hearing absolutely nothing but an order conformation, I contact the shop on a Friday, they text me, cuz nobody answers the phone, and it says, you have one of the last 4, it will be shipped next week.... still have the text messages for proof. Then at 3pm the next Monday I get an email saying your money has been refunded. No apologies for lying... no we will notify you when we get more in stock and keep you in mind, no sorry for all this, the normal things a decent person would say..... none of that. The big excuse for my refund was Out of Stock. They either had no clue of their inventory, they decided to sell the case i bought to someone they preferred over me, or they are just clueless about their entire busines and have a garage website. And in a world of instant banking transactions..... I still dont have my refund, after I received an email saying it was refunded. These people would be fired within 2 days trying to work for my boss. Hopefully I eventually I get what I was told twice I actually paid for, or actually get my 2 weeks pay back. Is this Temu transmissions?

Just got off with the phone with the owner - Andrew. Absolutely stellar individual. Very helpful with the issues our truck is suffering. We’ve been chasing some problems and he gave us several things to look at / checkout. Quoted us very fair prices for potential future work. Overall just an absolutely great guy. Look forward to doing business with long range gear.

Contacted these guys multiple times to buy parts. Nobody responds to phone/emails or the social media. I was trying to make a large purchase after watching their helpful YT videos. Long Range Gear must be so busy they can’t be bothered to help potential new customers. 🤷‍♂️

You talk to a human here, and a nice one. The young man who actually rebuilt the NV4500 in the Dodge 2500 explained everything he did, and what he saw. They are not the cheapest option, but you get to shake the hand of the worker, knowing corners were not cut. The paint job on the transmission is great, the upgraded parts are obvious, and they stand behind their work. We had them do the R&R themselves. It would have cost me over $1,500 more in special tools to do the job they did. Most importantly, my girlfriend was the customer and they talked to her, respected her as a customer, and made sure she was comfortable with the work. That is hard to find today. I highly recommend.
