I've been meaning to check this location out since I recently discovered they were just a few minutes away, walking distance, from my work. My family has been using Les Schwab for 20+ years up and down the west coast, and will always go out of our way to use your services. I had bought new tires from a location closer to home last year, but I needed to drop off my truck for it's recommended tire rotation before work. Historically, Les Schwab has had great customer service from front of store to technician, but this location still blew me away with their sincerity and attitude! Thanks again for helping me out!

Went in to look at Will’s tires. Their prices were three times what the Internet was. I went out and bought my own wheels and tires brought them back to them. Ask them to mountain balance them. It’s normally $15-$18 per tire of mountain balance, they charged me $52 per tire to mountain balance them and said it’s because we didn’t buy them from them so they’re pretty much saying if you don’t buy from Les Schwab‘s, we’re gonna gouge you to mountain balance them. This is a crazy marketing strategy. They’re pretty much saying if you don’t buy from them we’re gonna charge you extra to make sure we get our money go to Discount Tire or Clark’s tire across the street. This place is a money pit and not going to take care of you they’re just looking to see how much money they can make off of you. There’s several places right around the same area such as Discount Tire and Clarks, which is right across the street so don’t waste your time with these people.
