Great service for my Subaru. Substantially less cost than quoted at multiple Subaru Dealerships/Service. Same day turnaround on a bunch of work (would be out of a car for 2-3 days if I had the same amount of work done at a dealership) John and I spoke multiple times during the service day when he and his guys found something that needed my attention. Updated and sent me quotes throughout the day so nothing was a surprise. Never tried to sell me something out-of-scope of the work I took the vehicle in for. Happy to say I have a permanent shop I'll be taking this Subaru to for the rest of it's life. Thanks again fellas!

I always get great service at JAS, a quick estimate prior to beginning any service. The staff are extremely competent and knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I can tell they treat my vehicle as if it were theirs. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but they do specialize in Toyota and Lexus vehicles.

Had my 95 Tacoma serviced and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication, no salesman pitch or pressure, and high quality work that comes with a lifetime guarantee. Stopped in one day just to check in and they brought me into the shop to observe the work being done. They advised me on other recommended repairs, some of it I’ll tackle but won’t hesitate bringing my truck back if needed. 100% satisfied customer.

Thanks to Japanese Auto Service for the outstanding customer service. This is the second time we’ve used JAS, and once again they exceeded our expectations. We had an emergency repair, and John informed us there might be a wait but that he would try to squeeze us in. A few days later, we received a call saying everything was completed. John is very forthright in explaining the repairs and provided a written cost estimate within an hour. They offer clear communication, honest recommendations, and high-quality workmanship by Toyota Master Mechanics. Service simply does not get better than this. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care they put into servicing our vehicle. Highly recommended!
