Inland Gear did some gear work on a “drop-off” 46k locker diff. We installed ourselves and began hearing a whine when off the throttle. Inland tried to save us $ by reusing the old bearings, even though we asked for a bearing kit; so when I called and talked to Tyson, he said bring it in & they’ll get right on it - that they did. Pulled the diff, put a new bearing kit and gear set in it and put the diff back in - all within 7 hours. They charged exactly ZERO for labor and they had 2 & 3 guys on it. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably rude! I told them multiple times if this is going to be expensive call me! They never called ran the bill up to 3k. I could have put a 13speed in for that much… paid and then told them not cool again they hang up on me. Called back they started in with Fbumbs. They told me they can pull all the gears out of my trans and give it back to me. I told them to do it! Then they told me they have to bill me to do that and that they we’ll just give me a core. I called and talked to told owner the next day and he was a little nicer but said be nice to my guys and this would have not happened… the next day I call to refund my money and they billed my card for the 3100 again! They refunded me but now I have to wait for the 6200 to come back on my card! No one ever apologize or anything as soon as I said anything it was we are the only people in town that work on HD we don’t care… go some to LKQ or anything else this place is a joke!

We didn't actually use inland gear. We used yonker Brothers across the street and I got to tell you that. Troy is absolutely fantastic. He worked relentlessly on an old engine trying to find me parts. There's just not a lot of KT stuff out there anymore and he really spent a lot of hours trying to get it right and he certainly did
