Very professional and very honest. The technician took very good care of my truck. Just went in for a free inspection. Found a few issues and they did not try to push me into repairs on the spot. I will ALWAYS recommend Golden Rule for anyone who needs repairs or just unsure. Thank you guys. You are AWESOME!!!

View on GoogleI dropped my car off to have my brakes replaced. We were able to make an appointment no problem and it was done same day. I had some additional work done to my car and they passed on the “whats” and “whys” before proceeding with the work. After I got my car back (again, same day which is much appreciative) I heard a metal grinding noise. I called them and they said sometimes the parts need to settle and if it’s persists to bring it back in and they can take another gander at it. Me being anxious, I brought it back in the following morning. They looked at it, did a test drive and gave the keys back to me saying it all sounds and looks great. Even though they knew as a professional that it just needed settling, they still took the time to relook just to give me ease of mind. The staff was very friendly and even recommended me some other places to have things repairs that they don’t do. The foyer/waiting area was clean and organized, the front desk employee was quick when you walk into the door to help you. Will always recommend for future work. Also, the stapled hard caramel to a “how’d we do” card was a nice touch when I got back in my car.

They always get you in quick, give you a written estimate with pictures, and do exactly what they said on the estimate, and get you on your way. Plus their prices are good.
View on Google$700+ to get rear brakes on our service vehicle because they needed it badly. Come to find out after taking the wheel off they only replaced the drum and not the shoes. Just to make sure we didn't miss anything we place a call and confirm the details of the invoice "shoes and drums were replaced, yes" invoice clearly indicates that the service was done. Yet we paid for it and did not get new hardware.
