Europro has been servicing my car for four years and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Once, they even let me know about a problem with my car that needed attention…however, upon further inspection, they told me that it actually didn’t need to be fixed immediately. Talk about honesty!!! Just a very professional, knowledgeable and honest team! Also, Kaitilyn, at the front desk, is always so nice and personable and always makes me feel at home.

First time bringing my Volvo for an oil change and visual inspection. Markup is always expected, but 73% over the same oil and similar hardware found on FCP Euro is hardly competitive, and a $33 upsell for oil additive that I didn’t ask for because “German cars burn more oil…” REALLY didn’t feel right. All told, I paid 50% more than was necessary due to the parts markup, the sneaky upsell, and tax on both. The shop is conveniently located, labor was fair, and the visual inspection came back as expected. Next time, if they allow, I’ll bring my own oil and hardware and proactively decline the additive. Otherwise, I will probably look for service somewhere else.

My husband wanted to use them because we have used them for our mini cooper once before . The front desk lady Kaitilyn was so helpful really knowledgeable. She helped us with everything step and even information us exactly what was wrong with our vehicle and what the warranty would cover . Super happy with the experience. Over all was great and the warranty help was great . When getting car back the hood seemed off and the lights weren’t aligned correctly when trying to put them back seemed some of the bolts had been striped and some were even missing. the cover that cover plastic piece that covers the battery was also broken .
