Walked in and everything was normal. Once the guy got around to addressing me he asked what he could do for me. I politely looked at the woman sitting and waiting to ask if she had already been helped. Trying to be kind and considerate. The not so gentlemen at the front proceeded to tell me that he looked at me and addressed me not th3 woman. Not to worry about what she has going on because he runs the shop and he knows. It just left a nasty taste in my mouth. Very rude and disrespectful to their customers. I immediately decided to take my business somewhere else. Mach 1 mufflers actually treated me with respect and kindness. The guy at discount needs to change his attitude about his job. We are paying customers. Not burdens that walk through the door. Ive had many other instances with these guys because I would bring rigs from my work to have them worked on. Everytime its blatant disrespect. Sadly will not earn my business ever again.

May give him a one star rating because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He wasted peoples time. Don’t go here please I own a mechanic shop. I know good customer service when I see it. This has very bad. Poor customer service. The old man needs to retire is getting grouchy.

View on GoogleOn 05/14/26 Kudos to Mr Ron, took my vehicle there for exhaust issue which I thought was a serious repair, however once Mr Ron got it into his shop and on the lift, I had bolts loose on my cross pipe, the very best part and blessings of it all he didn’t charge, and refuse to accept my payment of at least half to one hour labor cost
