I was just out driving my truck today. 1 day after Davis Diesel did an “all fluids change”. I’m very happy with their knowledge and attention to detail. I appreciate the dumbed down version of explanations, due to my lack of knowledge and experience with diesel engines. Thank you! My truck had never driven so nice. Finally drives like a broken in truck. Cummins 6.7, 90,000 miles.

Then, to top it off, Michael Met me after hours to get my truck back to me. This is a 1st rate operation. Clean, organized and professional. You just don''t get that kind of service anymore.
View on GoogleWhatever you do, stay away from Davis Diesel Automotive on Sprague in Spokane. This shop charges extremely high prices. My husband is a diesel technician and is very familiar with standard parts and labor costs. We were initially quoted $1,600 for transmission rebuild parts for a Ram truck, but later received a work order showing $13,000 for parts and $7,000 for labor. In addition, we were charged $1,441 for diagnostics. These charges are far above industry standards based on our firsthand knowledge. While my husband has the experience to do the work himself, he doesn’t have the time due to his full-time job, which is why we brought it in.
View on GoogleDavis Diesel was suggested by another shop I had contacted to due some maintanence on my F250. I contacted Michael and we discussed my needs. He described how they would handle the work along with the a time estimae to conduct the work and a cost estimate. I liked his none pressure approach and we agreed on the project. I arrived early on the day scheduled and he was able to start early. The work was done as agreed, completed on time and cost less than the estimate. And as a bonus I received a well written review after they inspected many systems on the truck. And I must comment on the very clean and confortable customer waiting area. I will return for service and repairs as needed.

From the owner, to Micah my service manager, to Harrison the tech who did the wrenching, I’m really impressed with how they treated me and went the extra mile, in not only fixing my big problems, but really Improving my F350 which was a very complicated case. TRUST in a quality mechanic is always (unfortunately) hard to find. These.guys are the real deal, trustworthy and quality! Thanks for working with me.
