These guys exceeded all my expectations. The front-line staff was amazing in facilitating a quick check in. They were most courteous and professional. They kept me apprised in a timely manner via text message as to the progress of the service (I dropped off my vehicle and returned home). Most unexpected was a link in one of the text messages that directed me to a video actually taken during the service, wherein I was not only to hear, but also SEE the technician at work. He performed a thorough analysis of critical systems and advised me to the condition of each. I'd never been "taken back into the shop" (albeit electronically) and "given a tour" of the underneath side of my Tacoma. They advised me immediately when they were finished, and the total bill was exactly what they had predicted. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I was thoroughly impressed!

We have been taking our cars to AutoNation Spokane Valley since moving to Spokane. The team is always friendly, helpful and professional. The team is transparent about all services, and I never feel like I am being sold. The new video feature of my car being serviced was pretty cool. Thank you for always taking great our vehicles!
View on GoogleFirst time I was able to make a same day appointment. Very surprised as we live further away. I was able to get my oil change, tire rotation and filters changed. We just waited. Service folks were very friendly. UPDATE : I arrived shortly before my appointment time. I was greeted by the service department. I was told that the brake service would take around 3-4 hours. I waited in the lobby as I live 60 miles away. It took a little over 4 hours but the brakes are working very well. I hung around the dealership taking photos and videos. Everyone didn't mind and were friendly

I worked with Tim, who is friendly and helpful. The service was completed within the time frame expected at no charge. The waiting area is large and comfortable.
