From the moment you walk through the door at AutoNation, Spokane Valley, you are greeted warmly by James. He is amazing, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about Subarus. He has helped us learn more about the buttons, screens, and technology on all of the Subarus we have owned over the years. Thank you, James, for all of your help. You are amazing. Taylor, Service Advisor, went the extra mile, giving us the information we needed for ordering a tow truck through the Subaru Maintenance Agreement we have on file with them. He moved our morning appointment to the afternoon for us when we couldn't get our car started due to a dead battery that we were having problems recharging. He recommended the battery we needed and also suggested that their excellent service technicians install it so we wouldn't have any future problems. He made us feel important and a priority. He kept us informed of how much time it would take for the new battery to be installed and the oil change that we also requested being done. He went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate it. We do not know the name of the service technician who worked on our car, although we want to recognize that person as well because of the excellent job they did. The quality of work is outstanding. We want to thank all of you for the time and attention you spent on our vehicle. We appreciate all of you.

I highly recommend this location if you’re looking at buying a Subaru! Our salesman Josh deserves a lot of the review. He was great to work with and didn’t pressure us to buy and gave us the info we needed which was really appreciated. After buying the car he made sure I knew how to drive it and what all the buttons were for. Josh is the reason we ended up going with the Subaru vs a different vehicle. We met people in different departments and they were all very friendly and seemed excited to meet us. They even have someone who after a week of owning your vehicle will go over any questions you may have who does that?! You can definitely tell Subaru cares about customer service!! I love my Forester it gets up and goes and is comfortable to drive!

I can’t thank AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley enough for their excellent service! I had my 8 month old and 2 year old daughters with me while getting our Outback looked at. I was very happy to see that they had a kid area where my oldest could color, watch movies, and eat snacks. Two older gentlemen who work there, were so kind with making sure my daughters were in good spirits. Nap time was unfortunately missed and tantrums were starting. Everyone that we dealt with were so understanding and supportive. Even played with my oldest to keep her toddler emotions at bay. Will definitely be back!!
