Aaron at Waterleak Techniques was incredibly helpful. I was dealing with some major leaking in my car and told by a mechanic there was nothing wrong and they could not replicate it. Aaron was able to confirm the leak and fix it and was great at explaining everything to me. He was super flexible with scheduling, and the whole transaction was smooth. Unfortunately as a woman I have dealt with condescension or dismissive behavior when dealing with car repairs in the past, despite knowing what I was talking about, and that was not the case here. The whole interaction with Waterleaks was so refreshing. Aaron was professional, honest, communicative, and I never felt I was being taken advantage of. Would 100% recommend to anyone with water issues in their car and would return without hesitation! Thank you for your service!

I have a junky yet paid off car that had been flooded in the passenger floorboard. After getting ahold of the team, I was able to take my car in. Get this— the techs shop-vacc’d my spare wheel compartment and my floorboard… for free because there wasn’t a leak to repair. I am so grateful for them and their generosity. I have already recommended them to friends and coworkers, and I hope that their business continues to thrive :)

I called Waterleak Techniques and Aaron was so helpful and nice. He said he could likely seal the leak for $250 and he was right! He left me with a clean, dry car for thousands of dollars less than what I was quoted. He was so flexible and accomodating to my schedule. It is clear he loves what he does and is extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend him and his shop.

I called Waterleak Techniques and they got me in within a week. The key drop off was so easy, and they fixed the issue within a day for a totally reasonable price. They put mold treatment on my mats and even waited after 5pm (and heated my car up) so I could pick my car up after work . 100% recommend - best service I’ve experienced in a long time.
