I highly recommend Al for any auto repairs. He is very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I had a hard time trying to drop my car off with him because I have two toddlers and Al offered to come pick up my car, fix it and bring it back a few hours later. That was so nice of him. I had some belts replaced in my car. I will definitely be using his services for my future car needs. I always feel like I am getting ripped off at car shops but Al is very honest and can beat the price of a big name shop. Thank you so much Al!

I have had his help with several issues over several cars and he is extremely responsive and helpful, even if something is not in his wheelhouse- he will be straightforward and clear about recommendations. Needed brakes BAAAD for our 2010 VW Jetta. Reached out around 6pm, got a quick response, dropped the car around 7:30 and it was done before 10pm! Front and rear brakes plus rotors for the rear at a great price. I know what the dealership charges so I’m blown away by the price and speedy service. This dude is great and we’ll be using him for at least 1-2 more cars!

My long-time mechanic retired and I needed an urgent repair. I found several recommendations for Lal's on my community Facebook page. I texted Alwyn and heard back quickly about his ability to fix it the next day. He ended up fixing it that night. Today he followed up with a text to make sure it was doing well and when I told him I hadn't driven it yet, he came to my driveway to test a cold-start. I've never seen such amazing customer service! Alwyn is an excellent communicator. I'm not at all mechanically inclined, and he explained very clearly what the problem was and also told me future things to watch out for. Also, he communicated very clearly what the cost would be. I'm so pleased that I tried Lal's. Excellent service all around.
