I genuinely wish I could give this shop 0 stars. I’ve gone to this shop countless times for repairs and always left unsatisfied. I’m going to list just a few of the many bad experiences. First my worst experience is I took my g35 coupe in for a simple wheel bearing replacement. I get a call about a week later saying they replaced the part but mysteriously my clutch won’t work any more, I order a new clutch for them to install and keep checking in every couple days to just show up seeing the workers outside smoking cigarettes not working. After about 3 1/2 weeks I finally got a bit more info on the car repairs to find out that it wasn’t even the clutch i was waiting to get done, it was that they realized they kept ordering the sedan wheel bearing for a coupe causing it to not move because of that. This is probably 6-7 times they now lied about “working on the clutch” when nothing had even been touched with the transmission and them knowing it was still the wheel hub causing the issue. I now had missed my return deadline for this $1,000 clutch kit. I get my car back finally, drive it home and realized something was off and take it back for them to inspect the next day. Shop told me the brakes went bad from sitting for so long yet wouldn’t pay for the cost even tho it was their fault my car was there for so long. THATS what made me stopped going. Now let’s go even further… I had a previous car that I always took to this shop for oil changes. One day I go to pick up my car, the front bumper was kissing the curb and scratched the front bumper, on top of that my $1,300 carbon fiber hood wasn’t latched down and now if I didn’t have inspected this before leaving I would have pulled out of that shop and had a destroyed hood and windshield if it flew up. This shop doesn’t take accountability in their wrong work, as well will have you waiting for your car repairs longer then most shops.

These guys used to be great with friendly service. All nice to get the car towed there and then absolutely the opposite after commiting. Did not get the work done when they said it would be done and they do not even seem to care. It was one radiator hose and a thermostat. I could have done it myself in less than an hour. I will submit a new review after I see the final bill and if they get it done early tomorrow.

Used to really like them for oil changes but most recently they left the air filter enclosure open/unsecured after routine oil change. The engine sounded off which is the only reason I noticed. Seems like no serious harm done but it does seriously impact my trust in their work. I guess if you do go here just double check to see if everything was done right before driving off (oil actually put in, everything closed up, etc.). I’ll give somewhere else a try next time or maybe just do it myself.

Overall a bad place to go, especially if you are a woman. I have gone 2 or 3 times just for a routine oil change, and they somehow manage to find a multiple hundred problem each time, and then I go home with a god awful oil leak AFTER the oil change when there was never any oil leaking beforehand. They last changed my oil about a month ago, and my car started pouring out transmission fluid, which I understand was not their fault, however when I brought it back in to get it checked out I was charged 350 dollars to drain the transmission and put a new plug in. Went back a couple days later and was told I had a very time-sensitive leak coming from the inside of my transmission. I decided at this point to go get a second opinion from another shop, to which I was told there was actually no leak at all, and that rock creek had never put the new plug in that I paid an additional 32 dollars for. They popped the hood, saw that the old plug was still in the transmission, and the new one was just floating around my engine bay. Called rock creek and they said they wanted me to come back in since they “don’t treat their customers this way”. Almost 100% positive that it would’ve just been another money grab and they would’ve found some other BS reason to charge me. Do not go here unless you have an extra few hundred dollars laying around to blow on nonexistent issues. If you are looking for an honest and ethical shop, head to Valley Automotive.

These guys are amazing! They performed the world's fastest oil change on my vehicle. I wish I had timed it. I think by the time I pulled up to the time I was leaving in my car it was about 12 minutes. How is that even possible? They went above and beyond with their service. While one employee was changing the oil, another employee was wiping down and cleaning all the exterior windows of my vehicle. And talk about attention to detail, they even went into the settings of my dash and reset my vehicle's maintenance reminder. And to top it off, my total bill was almost HALF THE PRICE of my last oil change at Jiffy Lube. I will definitely be back!
