This shop has been my go to repair shop for my 2 cars. I've had services with this shop. The guy who handles the calls is very professional and upfront pricing. They are very helpful and will not charge you if they cannot work on the repair you reported.
View on GoogleThese guys are really the best. Not only do they have the best prices in the area, they do really care. I took my Audi in for my front wheel bearings that needed replacement. A week or so later, I noticed this shaking when driving at highway speeds and moderately braking. I took my car back in and they helped figure out what was going on (nothing to do with the wheel bearings). It took a few test drives, but they were determined to figure out a solution for me, and worked with me on the pricing as well, all while being flexible with me on scheduling. Plus they always let you drop your car off the night before! Really great place and people and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
View on GoogleI had two cars that needed the serpentine belt changed. They did on my first car just fine. When I took the second car in they told me I did not need to change the belt. It looked good and could go another 20,000 miles. I appreciated this information with him not just doing the work and charging me because I thought it needed to be done. Not only that they did not charge me for the inspection for even determining what the condition was. Also, in talking with them about doing oil changes, I found out it was cheaper than to do it with them than it was with Valvoline so I highly recommend They’ve been very good and upfront about everything they do and I feel like I trust him and I feel they’re competent and when it comes to diagnosing problems on cars.
View on GoogleFirst class service and attention to the customer! Helped us in a pinch when we were on a road trip and heard an awful noise from within the front hood. A belt had come loose and was going to cause substantial damage if we kept driving with it. We were repaired and back on our way within an hour. Amazing and so appreciated!
View on GoogleI had a terrible experience at the budclary dealer in Auburn. They failed to diagnose my car. I paid for a bunch of services that didn’t address what I needed diagnosed. As I’m driving from Budclary on the freeway the car died. I had it towed to these guys and they took a look and fixed it in just a couple days. I appreciate the fact that the dude named fateh at the front desk is a mechanic and not just some sales person who doesn’t know anything about cars. These guys won’t waste your money or your time they will get er done. Support your local shop!
