So impressed with this car repair shop. Having a little fender bender can be a nightmare, and could take weeks to resolve. They rocked it, from the beginning of the ordeal to the end. It was fast, concise, and the people were so accommodating and friendly. Communication was stellar. My car was done within days, it was perfect, and they have a killer dog who presses buttons to speak!! I highly recommend Fix Auto and I would use them again in a heart beat.

My car got hit pretty good so I needed a complete new back hatch on my four-runner. The process took a little time, but they were very thorough with repairs, so great about communicating where they were at & were so easy and wonderful to talk with. They did a great job & made the frustrating process actually somewhat enjoyable! Good folks, good work, good location.

I was a little concerned taking my truck to Fix Auto after a fender bender and reading some not so good reviews, but they have a lot of good reviews…400+ can’t be wrong. I was informed of the progress every day. That was good. Got my truck back after 2 weeks. Damaged parts were replaced and that was about it. Tail light that was pushed in, still pushed in with about 1/8 gap in one area. Bumper is installed crooked with a cheap after market part. Driver side is 1/4 lower than the other side and 1/2 inch out. The plastic step cover above the hitch is so thin it is curling up and inward. This is a $4800 repair? Was going to do the repair myself, but would have cost me $500 and time instead of the $250 deductible with insurance paying $4700. Now I have to fix it myself anyway. Not wasting my time taking it back.
