The Best! From Jeff when you first walk in the door to Brian giving me a ride, the mechanics who diagnosed and fixed my car within 24 hours and Jim who got me right in when I had another question, Rainier Automotive is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I just recommended them today to a coworker!

They were able to diagnose it to an engine related issue quickly. They repaired it for a fair price & had great communication. Also, they wrote a detailed inspection report. Thank You, to Jeff & Tyler & the rest of the team.

They identified other issues that need to be addressed and we put a plan in place to knock those out. Overall very happy with all the aspects of doing business with Rainier Automotive. Will be bringing all my vehicles here moving forward.

View on GoogleHad my Audi Q5 water pump replaced here and overall a really good experience. The repair took a bit longer due to an unexpected hose issue, but they kept me informed and even offered a loaner car. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. Would definitely go back.
