I had an outstanding experience at Johnson's Hardware, thanks to Lisa in the Hardware Department. She was incredibly helpful, had unbelievable product knowledge, and an amazing personality that made the whole experience enjoyable. I came in expecting to spend a lot of time trying to find the right parts and figure out what I needed, but Lisa immediately knew exactly how to help. Her knowledge and efficiency saved me at least 30 minutes, and she made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It's rare to find customer service this exceptional these days. Lisa is a tremendous asset to Johnson's Hardware, and I'll definitely be returning because of the outstanding service she provided. Thank you, Lisa!

My wife I both really like Johnson Home and Garden. We took our old screens there to have them redone and Becky has done an amazing job. One of them was an old screen door that the previous owner had "modified " she undid the modification and made it work properly. We had to have a whole new screen made as well. Fits better than the originals. We found a variety of other items there that were on our list as well. Home repair, gardening, BBQ stuff. They were all very helpful. Johnsons has my attention now for all of the previously mentioned items and other stuff.

they so beat the big box stores every time I go in tons of friendly staff very helpful. Each department is experts in their craft. I’m not even sure it’s more expensive but if it is, it’s totally worth it always great to have an awesome local hardware store in the community keep up the great work.

I am always amazed by how helpful the staff are there. Whether you are looking for a $2 item or $20 items they are always eager to help you. I needed a copper flat ring for my boiler and even though it was a $2 item Lisa was so helpful and found what I need and fixed the problem. This by far greatest hardware store I've ever experienced so far and my favorite store. Thank you.
