Do not get an alignment from them! Took my 4Runner there for alignment after a couple front end wear and tear parts were replaced, told me they did the best they could but couldn't adjust the camber. Charged me around $150. I completely replaced the front end. New upper and lower control arms with new bushings and bolts, inner and outer tie rods, struts, ball joints and sway bar links and bushings. Then took it back in for alignment only in the front…they charged me $138. While they fixed the camber, the caster is now way out…it was fine before? Driving home my steering wheel is pointed at the 1 o’clock position while I am driving straight down then road. I call them and tell them what’s going on and the soonest they could get me back in was 6 days later. I return to have the steering wheel positioned strait. After my vehicle was “done” I was told that they did the best they could and there wasn’t much they could do to get my steering wheel strait because there is not enough adjustment in the camber? I’m no mechanic but pretty sure the toe is the adjustment needed? Guy at the front desk told me if it’s still not right, he suggested taking it to someone who knows what they are doing….while I appreciate the guy at the front desk honesty and am aware this was not his fault, nor do I blame him….why are you still charging people for something you are just winging!? And go figure, driving home again my steering wheel is now at 11 o’clock while I am driving straight down then road! Thank you to the guy at the front desk for being honest with me. But why are we charging people $300 for a job you are unable to do?

Had an appointment in liberty lake today and as we were leaving the dashboard said to stop cool down engine low on coolant. I pulled into Safeway parking lot and called my uncle for help as im struggling to even put gas in it. It's a diesel and an Audi to make things more $$. My uncle said take to nearest tire shop he'll send me money for coolant. So I googled liberty lake tire shops. Tire Rama was only place to come up on google. It was right around the corner. I walk in and immediately ask if there able to put coolant in and that only. I'm extremely broke I know there needs work and oil change but I can't afford anything right now. The guy was super friendly and said yes they could. It did take a minute to figure out the billing but told me eventually 44$ a gallon. Maybe it be cheaper for me to go to O'Reilly and they might be able to help me. I wouldn't know where to put if they wouldn't and didn't have time to mess with it or want to ruin anything more. He takes it back. Comes back not to much later to inform me the tire sensor isn't working and that there is no coolant code and coolant is full. They we're inexpecting a couple other items but everything looked great and full. Also to bring into a Europro as they deal with alot of diesel engines from Europe. They we're extremely helpful and kind. Could of easily taken advantage of me and charged me for coolant that never got put in or even a shop fee to look at it and diagnose any problems. They have extremely honest friendly people who work there. I would highly recommend for your tire needs.

Asked the shop if they pressure tested the AC prior to charging the lines. They told me they did. Spent $250 for the Freon to run dry within 2 hours..., clearly i had a leak in my system. They clearly did not pressure test the system as stated. Wasted my time and money, and i would never recommend anyone their service.

Conrad the mechanic was amazing! Got me in urgently when I needed it and always amazing service on the vehicle! Highly recommend!

Great service, Good price, They even told me that I had a bearing getting worn, but said it wasn’t a big deal yet but should be addressed soon… didn’t pressure me into anything, that’s huge in my book!!
