Ted went above and beyond in our car inspection. He was thorough in his inspection and provided detailed guidance based on his findings. He took plenty of time to walk us through his findings and even on the vehicle. At the end, I felt extremely well informed for making a decision on the car. Ted even went further above and beyond and helped us look at a second vehicle we were interested in. I deeply appreciated his expertise, friendly manner, and depth of car knowledge. He was the perfect person for a PPI and I strongly recommend using him in the future. He was a pleasure to work with and the exact type of person I want to receive car guidance from.
