⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Liberty Lake. We had just purchased a new RV from Bretz RV & Marine and quickly realized our Jeep Wrangler did not have the correct 7-pin connector setup needed for towing. What could have turned into a major travel headache was completely turned around by the incredible team at Christian Brothers. Danny Thomas, Victor Schrapp, and Jarrett Smith immediately stepped in, treated the situation with urgency, and went above and beyond to help us get back on track. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine customer care were exceptional from start to finish. You could tell this wasn’t just another service ticket to them — they truly cared about helping us solve the problem quickly and correctly. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with this level of customer service excellence. They communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. Because of their efforts, we were able to move forward with confidence and enjoy our new RV experience instead of being stranded in frustration. Huge thank you again to Danny, Victor, and Jarrett for delivering top-tier service and representing Christian Brothers Automotive so well. This is exactly how customer experience should be done. If you are having any mechanical issues your vehicle, this is the place to go. They have the highest integrity of any auto repair shop I have ever experienced. Special shout out to Danny that went above and beyond to get the parts needed for my 2019 Dodge Ram and get me on the road before the holiday weekend! I have not met any of the mechanics in the garage but it is clear that they all work towards the common goal of taking care of the customer and at a fair price that no dealership repair shop will give you. Come here first! You will be a customer for life and want to share your experience with anyone who will listen!

They took me back to work. Kept me updated via text. Checked any potential problems and I’m glad they did! My truck is a little bit old and I knew it was going to need some additional maintenance. Customer service and honesty are Top notch! These guys are humble and easy going. I will be making another appointment this week to get it ready for Arizona.

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was amazing from start to finish. They showed integrity, efficiency and transparency. Our vehicle began shaking violently and losing power 7.5hours away from our home and 20min outside of our destination. We were blessed to be able to drive ourselves down the road to the nearest mechanic, Christian Brothers Automotive. It was 91.5 degrees and they let us wait for a ride in their very clean, comfy and air conditioned lobby. Jeff was super helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I felt listened to when I expressed my urgency to diagnose and fix the issue as we had accomodations in the area for only 4 nights. Gandalf (Victor) was able to diagnose the issue and repair our vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time, considering they looked super busy when we rolled in (which to me is a sign of a solid business). Jeff kept me updated every step of the way. The total cost was less than I was anticipating, considering how badly the vehicle was driving when I arrived. I approved the repairs at the price quoted. They were able to repair it quickly and it ended up being less than their quoted cost due to needing a cheaper part than initially quoted. This is the integrity I'm writing about. My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was exceptional. I wish they were closer to our home as I would use them for all my vehicle needs. If anyone is reading this and within a reasonable driving distance from this company, you found your new mechanic! Thank you to the owners for running this company to live up to the name.

Not only did they not properly do the oil change as I immediately saw an oil maintenance required notification AFTER I got the car back from them, because they are clearly too incompetent to know how to reset the reminder in my car, but they also managed to damaged my wheel lock key. See the photo. Also, after my service was done, they told me after their driver gets back they still wouldn't be able to come pick me up (I live 2 minutes away) because they had to go get someone else. They were unwilling to take a 2 minute detour for a customer whose service was completed because their other customer mattered more I guess. And so I just walked there to pick up my car and I noticed that when the driver did get back, he didn't go anywhere for over 20 minutes, so I guess they just didn't want a brown guy sitting in their car. I went to them to give them an opportunity to take accountability and apologize for damaging my property, but they were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me even though I was willing to move on had they taken accountability and apologized for the property damage they caused. However, they lack the integrity and honesty to do just that and so I feel it is important to let everyone in my community know just what kind of disrespectful and dishonest people these guys are. Oh and their prices are just scams, there's much better service for more affordable prices in the valley, but that's irrelevant to my dissatisfaction.
