I want to give a massive shout-out to Andrew from the Tesla Liberty Lake service team for providing a truly "above and beyond" experience. He came out to my home to service the cameras on my Model Y, and despite it being a snowy day, he arrived right on time with a great attitude. Andrew was incredibly efficient, wrapping up the entire job in about 20 minutes. He was professional, highly respectful, and made the whole process completely seamless. It’s rare to have a service appointment that actually makes your day better, but Andrew did exactly that. If you’re lucky enough to have him assigned to your mobile service, you’re in great hands.
