Les Schwab Tire Center

So to be clear Justin did not a does not know about my two accounts. I was not pulling “im a commercial client “ We recently visited Les Schwab because we thought my son’s truck needed a leveling kit for tire clearance. After inspecting it, Justin honestly told us the truck already had a leveling kit installed and that different wheels would be the correct solution instead of selling unnecessary work. I appreciated that honesty. Unfortunately, during reassembly, lug nuts on one wheel were not properly reinstalled, which created a serious safety issue and damaged the wheel. Thankfully, I noticed the problem almost immediately and returned to the store before anything more serious happened. What impressed me was how Justin handled the situation afterward. There were no excuses, no blame shifting, and no minimizing the issue. He immediately took responsibility, replaced the damaged wheel and studs, and made safety the priority until the truck was fully corrected. As the owner of Infinite Electric, I understand mistakes can happen in any industry. What matters most is how a company responds afterward. We trust Les Schwab to handle issues professionally, and personally I continue to respect the way Justin and the team handled this situation with accountability and professionalism.

The hardworking men at this Les Schwab are the best. The manager is the greatest also; he helped me get new tires on my vehicle and set up decent payable monthly payments. Knowing I needed new tires so my children have a safe car to ride in. Thank you.

We got our oil changed, rotated tires, and bought two marine batteries. Nothing but the best customer service with Gabe while making our appointment to the cashing out with Justin. Nothing but kindness, honesty, and the best customer service at the Liberty Lake store. Thank you !

I called Wednesday to make sure they had 90° valve stems for my 2025 Ford F450, Jayco Motorhome I talked to said hold on, sir. I have to go physically see them before I say we have them. He came back and told me they have them. It’ll be anywhere between $40-$90 to have them installed. I said perfect. I show up Friday morning at 7:45 AM. Tell the technician what I’m here for his name was Chris. He says he would have to special order those. He does not have them in stock. Never mind you, Chris was not very happy about being at work this morning not very pleasant to deal with. I should’ve walked out the store at that point, but I figured I would give Les Schwab a chance. Bad mistake. I told him I have one hour he said that would be fine. He did not tell me that there were people ahead of me but then again I already figured there were. I did not make an appointment. Just about 9 o’clock my Motorhome still sit so I go in. Tell them I don’t have any longer to wait the lady says we had appointments in front of you. I said that’s no problem. At least Chris could’ve let me know that it would be longer than an hour and then I would’ve went to tire Rama It amazes me complete strangers feel that they can treat complete strangers like crap. Without the customer, he wouldn’t have a job. I’ve seen a lot of negative post about liberty lake Les Schwab tire center less learned. Thank you Les Schwab for conforming with so many people have said about you not a good place to go.

They were absolutely incredible to work with. I got a flat tire across the street at the Walgreens and Dyllan came over to help switch it out for the spare. He was completely calm which was extremely helpful as I was in panic mode due to driving on the flat while I had two of my nieces and nephews in the car. He helped me figure out the best financing option for new tires and was willing to get my car in as soon as he possibly could. He was extremely informative about my options and any money he could possibly save me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dyllan, you are absolutely incredible, I will be coming to this location whenever I can.
