Will not only fixed his car (along with broken parts/tools my son had created) in the process, he also let my son help. I am so grateful for Will’s patience, experience, price, and willing to teach a young mined adult. I won’t wait so long the next time to call Will. Highly recommend with a great experience all around!!
View on GoogleI called William when my company truck would not start. He and his dad showed up to my location with parts in hand to fix a number of possible sensors. It was hot, and it was later afternoon, and he still was to me in a very short time. He diagnosed the issue and it turned out to not even be one of the possible sensors originally thought. His attitude, his devotion to his customers is absolutely top notch. I will call William again for any work I need done that I cant do myself. Thank you William!!
View on GoogleMy son had an issue with his car which I was able to figure out but I’m kind of old school and computers on engines are not my thing. My wife called him to get some information which Will obliged. She said he sounded really nice and understanding on the phone. I called the next morning after driving my son’s car to work. He told me he was really busy but would try to squeeze me in between jobs. He was able to meet at my work and in 15 mins had the codes read, explained the computer “mumbo jumbo” and had the computer straight. I took three business cards and every driver in my house has one. We will definitely be calling him again when we need car work done. Adulting is 1 star but K & W is 5 stars all around.
