My Cadillac Escalade had an airbag recall. I chose Gee to do the work. When i called To schedule, the representative was super friendly and informative. She booked the Sevice call quickly and informed me how the whole process will work. When my appointment day arrived, Jason was my service advisor. He was also extremely friendly and welcoming. He again explained everything and got my checked in. I dropped My suv off at 830 am and by 1pm they had called to ask if i needed A ride back to the dealership to pickup my vehicle. I did Not, but the offer was greatly appreciated and above and beyond my expectations. I had A great experience at George Gee of liberty lake. I will refer people to them from here on out. They replaced axle on the front left side and after we drove 15-20 miles a few lights came up on the screen. The car started making weird noise. Then we figured that brake caliper almost came off the brake rotor and can cause a very bad accident if it comes loose.. i can't imagine what would happen on freeway if brakes would stop working.. And it also scratched the wheel from inside. When i got to the service department and explained the situation, the service guy said that he doesn't know what he can do for us... Then, after I talked to manager they picked up the car and fixed it. They don't care about your safety at all. I was very shocked by this situation
